Your Responsibility

As a client, you are solely responsible for application errors, missed deadlines, or other factors that relate to your admission to medical school. You also agree to accept full responsibility for the application process and your professional success.

Your Purchase

Any package that is purchased must be used during the application cycle it is intended for. It cannot be extended to another application cycle.

Our Role

PMI offers consulting services that relate to application editing, essay review, and interview preparation. We will not write essays or complete applications on behalf of the client.

Non-Disparagment

Client agrees to take no action or make any representations with the intention of harming PMI's reputation.

No Guarantee

PMI commits to working diligently with each candidate to achieve the stated goal of medical school acceptance. We cannot however guarantee that acceptance or a specific outcome.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit of your designated package is required in order to begin consulting services. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the initial start date.

Refunds

All package purchases are final but a client may choose to upgrade to a more comprehensive option should additional consulting time be requested. Any additional time upgrade must be approved by PMI and is not guaranteed.

Electronic Communications

PMI cannot guarantee that all electronic communications between us and client are fully secure. If a security breach occurs, PMI will not be responsible for that breach or costs associated with it.

Termination

PMI may terminate our relationship with a client without prior notification should client breach the terms of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

PrepMed Institute LLC, its directors, members, and employees will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other tangible losses resulting from a clients use of our service.

Disclaimer

Client agrees to use our service at their sole risk. There are no warranties of any kind, express or implied, in using the service.

PrepMed Institute, LLC ( PMI) offers its medical school consulting services to candidates that have been accepted by the Institute. A candidate must be in compliance and agree to be bound by PMI's terms. We have no affiliation with, nor do we endorse any medical schools or universities.
